Leadership communication

One-on-one

Leadership communication comes down to clarity and connection. Clarity means everyone is working from the same version, rather than five slightly different ones. Connection is what makes them want to. The leaders people follow tend to be the ones who know what their audience is actually cares about and who speak to that rather than past it. We coach senior leaders on both, and on saying things people remember, repeat and act on.

Because we work across all three, you'll understand the psychology of how people communicate and why it goes wrong under pressure. You'll learn to build and shape a message so it's clear and worth listening to. And you'll work on presence and delivery, so you can hold a room whether you're presenting to five hundred people or five.

Public speaking and Presentation skills

One-on-one and Team training

Most presentations are forgotten before the room has emptied. The ones that aren't tend to have someone behind them who knew exactly what they wanted the audience to do next. We work on all of it: what you're actually saying, how it's built, and how you deliver it when the stakes are high and your body knows it. For a keynote, a pitch, a board update, or the all-hands nobody is looking forward to.

The words are only part of the picture. You tell the story with your voice and your body just as much as with what you say, and an audience reads all three at once. We help you understand how they work together, how nerves and anxiety pull them apart, and how to keep hold of them when it matters.

Strategic account management

Team training

Accounts are rarely lost on the work. They're lost in the renewal meeting, in the silence after a price increase, in the quarter where nobody asked the client what had changed. Dasha spent twenty years in advertising and was one of the founding team at Hogarth Worldwide, so this comes from having sat on both sides of the relationship. Most account management training teaches your team to map the account. We coach the conversations that keep it.

Being treated as a strategic partner rather than a supplier takes three things. Knowing the client's business well enough to notice what they haven't spotted yet. The confidence to raise it, including when it sits outside your remit and you're worried you should already know the answer. And the judgement to explore it properly without it turning into a pitch. We work on all three.

Women in Leadership

One-on-one and Team training

We still have a very narrow idea of what a leader looks and sounds like, and most women come up against it at some point on the way up. Being spoken over. Making a point and hearing someone lese take credit for it. Being told to be more confident, or less abrasive, or less emotional, or to smile more, with nothing useful attached to any of it. None of this is about being good at the job, it's about inherent biases we still carry.

We help you find confidence in using your own voice rather than borrowing someone else's, working on how you speak and how you take up your space and what happens when you stop adjusting yourself to fit an idea that was never built with you in mind.

Leading through change

One-on-one and Team training

The hardest part of change management is the communication. The story you tell is what brings people with you and holds them steady when you don't have all the answers yet. AI is putting every leader in that position at once, with teams anxious about what it means for their work and the picture still moving. The common mistake is telling that story from the top, explaining the change as leadership sees it and never getting to what it means for the people listening.

We work with leadership teams to craft a story that brings their people along and holds up as the details keep changing. Then on delivering it with real conviction, meeting your audience where they are and adapting as you go, because a town hall and a one-to-one need the same message told differently.
